Intelligence to perform better

So far our OEE and materials modules only collected data and pre-processed it. This might be sufficient for a first pass of improvements, by manually analyzing the data and eliminating the visual defects. With some luck this might bring you on a 4Sigma level, but for further improvement you need to implement an intelligence layer which:

• Statistically determines the best fit parameters for your equipment
  
• Narrows the variance of the quality elements of your finished goods
  
• Automatically applies your business rules
  
  
• Prevents you of using 'wrong' material. Detect the mistakes when they happen.
